When we started Z66 Auto Auction way back in 2012, we began with a simple business philosophy and our formula to win: hire the very best people and train them well. We care about our people, our dealers, and everyone who walks through our door. It’s all personal for us. Our goal is to keep things fun, fair, and friendly. It’s not complicated.

We always say we just want to get people in our doors so they can see what we’re all about and see how uniquely we do things here at Z66. Because we take care of people. We feed them, listen to them, work with them (if ever an issue arises), and we build relationships.

Every level of car comes through our auction. This makes us different.

Most auctions have a sweet spot, and that’s what they’re known for and what they do. Fortunately, we’re known for having everything. In the 1,300 cars a week that we run, we have cars that are literally inoperable that’ll sell for $200-$300, and we have some luxury cars that go for $150,000. A wide variety of cars brings a wide variety of buyers, and that’s how we like it. This is one of the things that makes us unique and one of our strengths in the business. We have something for everyone.

Online sales is a big part of our business.

Pre-pandemic, our sales were probably 15% online. The rest of it was in-lane. Now, we’re probably right at 50/50. We hire the very best condition writers to be the eyes and ears of our customers buying online and this has helped us grow and scale our online sales division, one we foresee continuing to expand in the future with the next generation of car buyers.
